N0VCU Boat Anchor Collection and Fan Dipole Videos

Good Day Ham friends and boat anchor lovers! Who doesn’t like a good boat anchor collection? While in Neosho Missouri for the Breakfast Club picnic I had the pleasure of visiting N0VCU’s Ham Shack and shop. Steve has a terrific boat anchor collection of Swan, Collins, Drake, Cubic and Kenwood ham radio transceivers, transmitters and receivers.

Steve also has a terrific idea for making fan dipole antennas. Bob, N9ORD deserves credit for this idea too. See how to use PEX and zip ties making this fantastic antenna.

I'm an Amateur Radio enthusiast. I love the hobby and experimenting with radios, antennas and software. On my YouTube channel I upload videos on the Icom 7300 and Icom 7610 along with Ham radio software programs. I hope to inspire people to try new things in Amateur Radio.
